Terms and Conditions – Karanas Comfort Tours
1. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit.
- Full payment is required before the start of the tour.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment is received.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 30 days before departure receive a full refund minus administrative fees.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused portions of tours.
3. Changes to Itinerary
- Karanas Comfort Tours reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Alternative activities or routes may be provided where possible.
4. Travel Documents & Insurance
- Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other required documents.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover medical, cancellation, and personal belongings.
5. Liability
- While every effort is made for guest safety, Karanas Comfort Tours is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by natural events, third parties, or guest negligence.
- Participation in adventure activities is at the guest’s own risk.
6. Code of Conduct
- Guests must respect local customs, cultures, and the environment.
- Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the tour without refund.
7. Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Papua New Guinea Kina (PGK) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or supplier changes.
